Making A Purchase
All orders are subject to availability of stock. Sometimes we may have to cancel your orders if we are out of stock of items which are discontinued.
Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the contract will be made and your account will be charged. Minimum order value is GBP 50.

Payment
All payments must be in Pounds Sterling.  We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
All goods remain the property of Centre of Excellence until paid for in full.

All queries, requests or complaints should be directed to websales@centre-of-excellence.co.uk and will be dealt with immediately.

Freight Costs

All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Smaller products of low value are generally delivered by post. Larger products and those with a higher value are generally delivered by UPS. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.

We charge GBP 5 for all shipments.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order in 2-7 business days. Delivery times for UPS shipments will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. We will, however, deliver to your workplace or other nominated address in the interests of easing this process.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, if you don’t instruct us anything else. You will only be charged for your backorders when they are sent (no shipping cost is charged on backorders) .

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your purchase at any time before delivery:

The helpdesk staff will e-mail a response with confirm cancellation.

Return of Goods
Product faulty within 14 days of delivery:
Should you wish to return your product for repair or replacement then please contact our helpdesk at websales@centre-of-excellence.co.uk to notify us of your faulty product.

Should you wish to return your product for credit, then please contact the help desk at websales@centre-of-excellence.co.uk  You must have your order reference to hand. Following receipt of your request to return, you will be given a reference number and asked to return the good s to our warehouse. You pay the return postage yourself. Allow 2-4 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, VAT is included.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Centre of Excellence do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details as a “Returning Customer”.

b. Administer and enhance the site and service
